I like the room including bathroom . It looks to me this is a 4 star hotel room when I entered the room.
No comment. Very perfect n highly recommended cause it is value for money.
Quiet room even in city centre. Good breakfast with plkenty of choice.
It was very conveniently situated, about 5 minutes walk from the main railway station-Geneve-Cornavin, and about 10 minutes walk from the lake. There are dozens of restaurants in the locality. The travel pass which is provided enables one to travel on trams, busesand trolley buses in the city. It can also be used on the lake on the yellow boats which are part of the public transport system, and it can also be used on the national railways(SBB) to take the train to the airport.Brilliant value.Breakfast was better than we had experienced on the previous few days of our holiday which had been in Italy and France. At least there was some hot food(scrambled eggs and bacon). and the orange juice was proper orange juice, and the coffee was not out of a machine.Excellent!!!
I must complain about the bed. It was a double room, but the 'double' bed was two singles pushed together. This is all very well if all you want to do is sleep, but, as a mature, but sexually active couple, we like to 'get together' before we go to sleep and we found that we were pushing the beds apart and falling into the gap. A double room should have a double bed. Two songles make it a twin, however they are positioned. Could also have done with extra pillows as we are used to sleeping on two, but there were only one each, and no spares. The area in the streets close to the hotel felt a wee bit dodgy, with lots of groups of younf men hanging around, and not native Swiss by the looks of them, although we had no problems.
Receptionists were very helpful to address my questions; good location; fair rate
I did not like to stay at 6th floor (no elevator to go up from 5th to 6th floor); the room was not very comfortable; could not open refrigirator to put there my food
Great hotel. They let us in the room before check in time, which was a nice gesture. Laura in the reception is the best receptionist, very helpful and friendly.
This street is a red light disctrict, but further down from the hotel, so just be aware if you have any concerns(ex:family)
The location is good, near the cheaper eating places in Geneva. However, it is located quite near the sleazy part of town. The hot breakfast is great and service was brilliant!
Very near to Geneva rail station and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Good location for a trip to Geneva city using the rail station to arrive and depart.
Friendly receptionist - very understanding with my 7 and 9 year old boys after 6 hours on the train! Room was a great size and large elevator that catered to the three of us as well as 2 big suitcases. Great location; Close to train station - about a 7min walk with 2 heavy cases and a couple of blocks from the lake. Large choice of breakfast and nice breakfast servers.
There was a bar downstairs and the smoke wafted in the window through the night
The staff Good breakfast Comfy rooms
Great bathroom, although pressure of shower was not that great. Location was great and hotel easy to find. Restaurant next door Petit Chalet worth going to - great service and food.
Room was a bit on the small side, but ideal for just one night.
The hotel got a great location, close to the main train station and to bus stops. It is also very short walking distance to the lake and shopping. The hotel is small, but just like all hotel within the same price-range. It is clean, breakfast is good, internet is fair and their service is great too.the street where the hotel is located is good and safe with a police station is and lots of good restaurants
Nothing really, just as I expected since this is my second time in Geneva.
Close to station and city center, plenty of restaurants in the block.
Very noisy, no secure parking.
It has character, older style but amenities are updated and more than adequate. I found the staff friendly and helpful. This was my second time there this year and on a previous trip I would have stayed but it was booked out. I think that is a recommendation for value for money
While the location is very convenient for everything, it also is close proximity to the bar scene - but no problems for me in the attic
The location in down town.
Around district with a lot of prostitutes
This hotel is very good: the very good location is near the main train station, it is taken only three or four step to the city centre, the city transport cart had been given to us after our arrival. We can use the tea-kettle.
